Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of VitalTech Repairs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Repair Services

  • We will diagnose your device and provide a quote before beginning any repair work.
  • You authorize us to perform the agreed-upon repairs once you accept the quote.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not related to our repair.
  • Some repairs may require additional work discovered during the repair process; we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  • Devices left for more than 90 days without contact may be considered abandoned.

Warranty Terms

Our 1 year warranty covers:

  • Defects in parts we install
  • Workmanship issues related to our repair
  • DisplayShield coverage for qualifying screen repairs (see DisplayShield terms)

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage occurring after the repair
  • Water damage (unless the original repair was for water damage)
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by others
  • Software issues unrelated to our repair
  • Normal wear and tear

Data and Privacy

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before bringing your device in for repair.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
  • We will not access, copy, or share your personal data unless required for the repair or with your explicit consent.
  • For data recovery services, recovered data will only be transferred to you or your designated recipient.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
  • Diagnostic fees may apply for devices that are not repaired.

Refurbished Device Sales

  • All refurbished devices are sold as-is with our 1 year warranty.
  • Refurbished devices include DisplayShield coverage.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all carriers; please verify before purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for store credit only, provided the device is in original condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalTech Repairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
