How much does the protection plan cost?
Plans are $5.99, $7.99, or $9.99/month depending on coverage level ($500, $1,000, or $1,500). Annual plans are also available at $66, $88, or $110/year.
What's the service fee?
$50 per claim. Whether it's a cracked screen or water damage, the service fee is always $50.
How many claims can I file?
You can file up to 2 claims per rolling 12-month period, up to your plan's coverage limit ($500, $1,000, or $1,500).
Do I have to ship my phone somewhere?
No! That's one of the biggest advantages. You bring it to us, we repair it here, you leave with your phone working - usually the same day.
Is there a waiting period?
There is a 30-day waiting period for both accidental damage and mechanical breakdown coverage from your plan start date.
How do I file a claim?
Claims are filed through the MyProtection app or website. Once approved, bring your phone to us and we'll handle the repair. You must file within 60 days of the damage occurring.
